We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled for Hideaway Tales products.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or normal wear and tear.

Do not return items without contacting us first, as returns are processed through our fulfillment partners.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, subject to verification with our fulfillment provider.
4. Refunds
Once a return is approved and received (or confirmed by our fulfillment partner), refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
7. Lost Packages
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us. We will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate, but we cannot guarantee replacement in cases of confirmed delivery.
8. International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
