Welcome to Hideaway Tales. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Hideaway Tales (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Products

Hideaway Tales sells physical children’s book products and related items. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may be updated or modified at any time without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately; however, colors, materials, and packaging may vary slightly from images shown due to manufacturing or display differences.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities per order or per customer

  • Cancel orders due to errors in pricing, availability, or suspected fraud

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by third-party logistics providers, including Amazon Fulfillment (FBA / Multi-Channel Fulfillment).

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Inventory availability

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather, customs, or force majeure events

Hideaway Tales is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

4. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Refund Policy before placing an order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, illustrations, artwork, characters, logos, and designs — is the property of Hideaway Tales or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hideaway Tales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
